1. Scope of Engagement
GOV Technologies provides custom software engineering, mobile app development (Flutter/React Native), web development (Next.js/React), database architecture, AI integration, and DevOps setup services. Each engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) outlining features, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Payments & Sprints
We execute projects in bi-weekly agile sprints. Payment terms are fixed-milestone based (standard structure: 30% advance, 40% mid-development milestone review, 30% final sign-off before server deployment).
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon final invoice payment clearance, 100% ownership of the source code, database structures, interface UI layouts, and associated design systems is legally transferred to the client. GOV Technologies retains no claims over your IP.
4. Hosting & Infrastructure Fees
Third-party server hosting, SMS gateways, database storage, domains, and API services (e.g., AWS, Firebase, OpenAI) are billed directly to the client's credit credentials. We configure and secure these services on your behalf.
5. Warranty & Support
Every project includes a dedicated support window post-launch to address bugs or system errors. Additional monthly maintainer SLA agreements are available starting at ₹15,000/month.
